    The best beach in Brisbane! It's a paradise. After several storms the sand has been rearranged and right now there is a lagoon with hot sea water connected to the ocean only during high tides - the lagoon is a perfect place for kids for swimming and also for everyone for relaxing.

    Great campsite, hell of a location, good facilities, friendly helpful staff. I would go back again if I go back to Straddie!

    The best location being next to the best beach voted by Qld Lifesavers. It has always been popular with families with a north facing aspect which provides for a best weather option plus the addition of good facilities. It is compacted within the hills that surround the camp which keeps the SE winds to a minimum. A great location
